The opinion piece that i'm going to revisit is the one of the texting nightmare. What happened in that was a man was to busy texting to see some warning signs that where telling him to stop but he was so involved in texting his friend that he never saw them. At that time he colided with another train killing 25 people and critically injuried. After this happened the goverment started to look at new laws that would make texting while operating illegel. The Californian goverment passed a law that no one can read or text while operating any type of moving vehilce.
I think that all other states should do what California did. I like how you looked that up so you could add that. It made it more interesting.
